Reservations

We’re now using a Client Portal to manage all reservations. Reservations are reviewed within 24 hours and you’ll be notified when your reservation is confirmed.

Reservations are not required for daycare services.

– Select “New Customer” to create a new Client Portal account.

– Select “Returning Customer” to login to a Client Portal account and make a reservation.

– Please Note: If you’re a returning A Pet Villa customer who has NOT yet created a Client Portal account, please register here. To simplify registration, provide a First Name, Last Name, and Email that matches what we have in our database and your data will show up in your account.
