Add your pet to your account if you haven't already.
Simply select Boarding, Grooming, or Daycare and follow the steps to request a reservation.
Your reservation will be reviewed by staff within 24 hours and you'll be notified when your reservation is confirmed.
Payment can be done prior to your reservation or on the day-of check-in.
Can I make a same-day appointment?
It takes 24 hours for us to process online reservations. If you'd like to make a same-day appointment, please email us at email@example.com.
How do I reschedule my appointment?
Unfortunately our scheduling tool does not yet have a "reschedule" button, but we hope to have this feature online soon. In the meantime, if you need to reschedule your reservation there is a workaround.
Cancel your appointment by clicking the "x" next to the reservation.
Request another reservation using your new dates.
